This position reports to the Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, or Branch Manager. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving all sales activities within assigned customer segments, acting as the primary face-to-face contact for network services, IT professional and managed services, and hardware-related IT products. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying and closing key opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Minimum of 10 years of experience preferred, with prior training or experience in large or strategic account management. Experience in network services, IT professional and managed services, and hardware-related IT products is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year college.
Consultative and solution selling, sales process planning, customer and product knowledge, self-management, business acumen, innovation, competitive knowledge, resource leadership, and resource management.

The pay range for this role is CAD 89,000 per year, based in the Calgary office.
