Do you have the drive to manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts by prospecting, securing, and developing long-term, consultative client relationships at both executive and operational levels?

Are you solution-based, able to pinpoint client challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored document management and workflow solutions that improve business outcomes?

We are looking for proactive Sales Executives with healthcare solution sales experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, who are self-driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of targeted accounts.
  • Identify and pursue prospective accounts, secure them as customers, and manage ongoing engagement with the company to build long-term, mutually profitable relationships.
  • Deliver long-term value to clients by collaborating with the companys solutions team to drive business process improvements through document management and workflow solutions.
Primary Job Functions
  • Prospect, develop, and expand new and existing client relationships at both senior executive and operational levels.
  • Manage a complex, consultative sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, building consensus across the organization.
  • Create value for prospects through effective discovery, identifying pain points, and developing tailored solutions.
  • Work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with a remote and cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrate strong opportunity qualification skills and effective time management.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven success in solution sales to healthcare organizations (software, IT, SaaS, or workflow solutions).
  • Experience engaging senior leaders (CIOs, Directors, and operational managers).
  • Ability to translate clinical and operational challenges into business outcomes.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Ability to create value for prospects through consultative selling, uncovering challenges, and delivering solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Clean Drivers licence, access to a reliable car and willingness to travel the GTA and parts of Ontario.
