Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Toronto, ON - In Office (Mon-Fri)
Pay: $70K - $80K base w/ OTE $100K - $120K
About the Company: We are partnered with a HR Consulting firm to help them find 2 Inside Sales Managers to join their Toronto office.
As their Inside Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of inside sales consultants. Your goal is to inspire and support a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 5 inbound sales consultants.
- Drive team performance daily.
- Be active and supportive on the sales floor.
- Coach team members to improve sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Optimize CRM (Salesforce) for better performance.
- Manage leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify training needs and work with trainers.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Prior sales experience (face-to-face or phone).
- Strong communicator with a lively personality.
- Ambitious, driven, and team-focused.
- Resilient and open to learning.
- Thrives in a target-based environment.
