• Manage the full sales cycle: sales forecasting, visual merchandising, pricing strategy, inventory control, and post-sale follow-up.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a high-performance culture built on accountability and collaboration.
• Analyze performance reports and KPIs to develop strategic action plans.
• Ensure top-tier customer service standards are consistently upheld throughout the store.
• Oversee compliance with health & safety, loss prevention, and company policies.

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume store environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving top-line sales and bottom-line profitability.
• Expertise in managing all aspects of the sales process, including customer journey, merchandising strategy, and team execution.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to interpret data and turn insights into results.
• Comfortable with retail tech systems, performance reporting tools, and modern POS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
