As a Design Manager, you will join the Major Projects team to lead and oversee the design process for electrical & IMIT construction projects from concept through completion. You will build some of the most meaningful and needed multi-year Hospital projects in British Columbia. These projects range from $30 - $400 million with a typical duration of 3 to 7 years. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong electrical and or technology technical background, exceptional communication & leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be part of a progressive and supportive environment that fosters high performance and continuous development, enabling individuals and teams to grow meaningfully while meeting or exceeding project deliverables.
Location
This role is site and office based. Project sites are located across the Lower Mainland, BC, and Western Canada. Compensation will reflect factors such as work location and any applicable shift schedules.
