The Equipment Coordinator provides customer service to customers and sales reps for all equipment inquiries. Processes equipment orders to ensure timely installations. Performs equipment purchasing and inventory control duties accurately and thoroughly.
You have 3-5 years of related inventory and administration experience, including the processing of work orders. You have excellent multi‑tasking and organizational skills, and possess the ability to quickly learn in‑house software applications and successfully process transactions. You have strong follow‑up, communication and interpersonal skills, and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional standard of service. Thriving in a team environment, you enjoy helping in other areas as needed. Beginner to Intermediate Microsoft Office (including Excel) skills are a requirement.
*This position is based in our Toronto branch. This role is available for an ON‑SITE working arrangement, available to be performed in office.
