Customer Service Executive
Job summary
A governmental organization in Alberta is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage enquiries, provide accurate information, and handle after-sales communications. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Nitec and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Strong proficiency in English and MS Office is required. This role involves using a CRM system effectively to engage customers.
Qualifications
- 2 years or more experience in customer service related positions.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Expected proficiency in CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Manage telephone enquiries professionally and reply to all enquiries on a timely basis.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle after-sales enquiries including bookings via CRM.

- Manage telephone enquiries professionally and reply all enquiries on timely basis.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle all after-sales enquiries including bookings on WhatsApp via CRM system.
- Liaise with relevant departments and customers to ensure the post sales coating are scheduled, coordinated and followed up accordingly.
- Create and update customers’ data and information via CRM.
- Familiarize with CRM system and utilize effectively to engage customers.
- Any other duties assigned by the management
- Higher Nitec & Above.
- 2 years\' or more experience in Customer service related positions.
- Proficient in spoken and written English Service-oriented
- Proficient in Ms Office and expected to attain proficiency in CRM system.
