Job summary
A top-five Canadian bank is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Toronto. The candidate will lead initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting various regulatory and business initiatives. Ideal applicants will have over 8 years of banking experience and 5 years specifically as a Business Analyst, including project management and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with senior stakeholders. This is a 5-month contract with potential extension and full-time conversion.
Qualifications
- 8+ years relevant working experience in banking and capital markets.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in project/workstream management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support portfolios of regulatory and business initiatives.
- Contribute to one or two assigned projects at a time.
