Role summary

You will be working closely with the VP Operations on some of the business’s most impactful files. You are a proactive, high-impact analyst and project lead supporting an expansive portfolio including external partner relations, insurance, legal, corporate development, procurement and real estate management. You will own projects end-to-end, synthesize complex inputs into pragmatic recommendations, and translate strategic direction into operational plans.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, adaptable professional who is energized by autonomy, stakeholder engagement, and turning complex problems into impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Project leadership & delivery: Own and manage cross-functional projects from scoping, analysis, and design through implementation and evaluation.
  • Contracting support: Draft, review, and maintain agreements. Coordinate legal and commercial inputs and support negotiations.
  • External relations & stakeholder coordination: Supporting on key partner relationships, preparing briefing materials and communications
  • Governance & shareholder support: shareholder communications and processes.
  • Procurement & vendor management: Run RFPs, evaluate suppliers, and manage vendor contracts and onboarding across the full portfolio.
  • Real estate & facilities support: Assist with site assessments, lease analysis, TI requirements and build-out planning for clinic expansions or retrofits.
  • Ad hoc & escalation support: Act as a flexible resource, stepping in on special projects and urgent operational priorities as required.
What success looks like in 6–12 months

• You are leading workstreams and delivering clear, well-executed recommendations.

• Key partners rely on your plans and analysis to make timely decisions.

• You’ve built repeatable templates that reduce cycle time and deliver consistent outputs.

• You contribute to improving clinic experience for patients, clinicians and the RebalanceMD team.
