Job summary

A leading aerospace company located in Dorval, Quebec is seeking an experienced Analyst, Engineering Program Analyst to manage a portfolio of projects regarding customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aerospace with at least 8 years of experience, demonstrate effective leadership skills, and be bilingual in English and French. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, conducting profitability analyses, and negotiating with suppliers. The role requires regular in-person attendance at either the Montreal or Toronto sites.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the aerospace sector or complex manufacturing.
  • Ability to work on both English and French daily.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a 'Structures' commodity portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure adherence of the Program to budget targets.
  • Lead negotiations with customers and manage project activities.
  • Evaluate commercial impacts of technical changes.
  • Control Program costs and negotiate with suppliers.

Skills

Education

Undergraduate university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
