Job Title: Analyst – Retail Maintenance

Location: Deerfield, IL – Hybrid (Office based 4 days/week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a temporary Analyst, helping us monitor and optimize store maintenance operations, experience in construction or facilities management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret maintenance and repair data across multiple retail sites.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as response times, cost per repair, and vendor performance.
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize spend and reduce operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with store teams, vendors, and management to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance solutions.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Support special projects related to facilities improvements, construction and operational efficiency.
  • Support special projects focused on developing and executing resolution plans based on identified data insights.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and leadership teams to support decision making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in issue resolution, particularly for high risk maintenance issues (e.g. pest-related concerns) that may impact store operations, compliance, or brand reputation.
  • Actively follow up with vendors and internal partners, pushing for timely responses and accurate root cause resolution when issues arise.
Qualifications
  • 1-3yrs of relevant experience in data analysis, retail operations, construction or facilities management.
  • Strong to excellent Excel skills
  • Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with multiple retail sites is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

Pay Range

68,000.00 - 102,000.00
