We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Admin/Assistant to support Eno Eka, the CEO of Eny Consulting Inc. and Founder of the Business Analysis School. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage social media channels, and oversee email management, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations within the organization. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Support
    • Provide high‑level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as required.
    • Assist in preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and presentations.
    • Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor social media interactions.
    • Implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Email Management
    • Oversee email management, including filtering and prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and maintaining organized email folders.
    • Monitor and respond to inquiries and requests, forwarding relevant messages to the appropriate individuals.
    • Ensure timely follow‑up on important emails, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Office Administration
    • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain and organize office systems, supplies, and equipment.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Support in the planning and organization of company events, workshops, and conferences.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and provision of necessary resources.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in project coordination and implementation, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
    • Track project progress and prepare status reports for the CEO.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Data Management and Documentation
    • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documentation.
    • Assist in preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Admin/Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and email management tools.
  • Experience in managing CRMs, social media channels and developing engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
