The Security Administrative Assistant is located downtown Toronto and typically reports directly to the Security Supervisor. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Entering timesheets
  • Processing expenses
  • Assisting in Proposal Preparation
  • Purchase orders
  • Ordering material and supplies
  • Document controls
  • Change order controls
  • Requesting subcontractor PO’s from legal department
  • Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
  • Order office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs
  • Other duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

The expected salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $55,000 per year. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
