- Serve as the People Technology partner for Total Rewards teams.
- Act as the technical point-of-contact for Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.

- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements.

- Experience with integrations or scripting/query languages (e.g., XSLT, Google Script, PowerQuery)
- Demonstrated ability to build complex tools and self‑service solutions within Workday
- Experience driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
