All about the role :

Electrolux Group, with its strong focus on Talent Management (TM), recognizes that the company's ability to deliver on the strategy is based on developing excellent leadership capabilities, high performing teams and best-in-class employee experience.

We follow global practices relating to Talent & Performance and Learning & Development (succession, performance, learning initiatives and full talent management cycle).

This position is an integral part of the LATAM People & Comms Leadership Team, reporting to the People & Comms VP LATAM.

In the role you will develop and deploy programs and processes by partnering primarily with Business Leaders and the People Function in the LATAM region.

You will also collaborate and contribute to global Talent Management initiatives and projects.

What you’ll do :
  • You provide expertise and consult on the Talent Management strategy with all its included workstreams in the LATAM Business Area.
  • You support the business hands‑on in fueling succession pipelines through talent reviews, and development plans.
  • You support deployment of the skills strategy and support the business identifying skills needs now and for the future building needed upskilling / re‑skilling programs for each function in collaboration with the Global L&D and Skills Management CoE.
  • You will lead the Talent Acquisition and support the Employer Brand strategic agenda.
In detail, you will :
  • Closely collaborate with People&Comms VP, People Business Partners and Senior Leaders to execute the talent agenda.
  • Anchor and deploy Talent Management programs in LATAM Region.
  • Ensure timely deployment of globally standardized talent management practices securing strong succession pipelines for critical roles by rolling out targeted development initiatives and internal mobility opportunities for employees.
  • Facilitate, coach and deploy strategic TM initiatives, concepts, and tools in the region.
  • Continuously contribute to the global TM CoE and regional People & Comms leadership team with innovation and improvement ideas, understand industry trends & emerging technology in all aspects of people practices.
Who you are :
  • You have a solid track record and minimum 10 years of experience in the Human Resource function, with in-depth experience in talent management processes, such as talent reviews, succession planning and performance improvement actions in global companies.

A step as HR Business Partner, in a multicultural and matrix‑organized corporation is very welcome.

  • You have solid business acumen and leadership stakeholder management skills; you understand how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs.
  • You have strong analytical skills to leverage insights from people data.
  • You have a robust innovative thinking, learning agility to suggest creative ideas and speed to implement them.
  • Your key to success is building strong business partnerships with leadership teams and people business partners through hands‑on, operative, pragmatic support, coaching and consulting.
  • You have excellent communications, storytelling and influencing skills in English and Spanish languages with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and proven track record in stakeholder management.
Where you’ll be :

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.

Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
