• Provide in-field technical applications support for automated histopathology products
• Train and mentor newly hired Application Specialists and those needing additional development
• Collaborate with Sales personnel and Field Service Engineers to enhance customer relationships
• Design and conduct experiments to troubleshoot complex technical application problems
• Drive achievement of sales and profitability goals within assigned territory

• BA/BS in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3+ years of histology laboratory experience in clinical, research, or industrial settings
• Understanding of the histology marketplace or a related discipline
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with manual and automated IHC instrumentation
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
• Advanced product knowledge in histopathology
• Proven troubleshooting skills for technical issues
• Exemplary work ethic and model behaviors consistent with company values
