The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA & Process Analyst for a remote freelance project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing processes, performing quality assurance checks, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. • Conduct end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.

• Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training documentation.

• Provide insights and support to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Participate in regular QA audits and process review meetings.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with workflow/process management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Lucidchart, Miro).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, process analysis, or a similar role.

• Prior freelance or remote work experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in service-based industries or consulting environments is a plus.

• Flexible hours, with an expected commitment of 15-25 hours per week.

• Availability for occasional virtual meetings in global time zones is required.

• Deep understanding of quality control procedures and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decision-making.
