A global gaming organization is seeking a People Experience Advisor in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on providing HR guidance to managers and employees, managing employee relations, and overseeing engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Brazil, with strong knowledge of local labor law and fluency in both Portuguese and English. You will work in a dynamic environment, promoting employee well-being and development while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

One day, you might be advising a manager on performance or labor law, the next you'll be running engagement initiatives, onboarding new hires, or adapting global policies for the Brazilian market.

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract with the possibility of CLT conversion in the future.
