Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions;
• Write BRD, SRS, SOW documents, etc.;
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and improve AI-driven projects;
• Define and track key business and operational metrics;
• Support stakeholders with data-driven recommendations for process improvements;
• Automate reporting and develop frameworks for performance tracking.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business teams;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
