- 5–7 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree or 7–9 years with a High School Diploma/GED.
- Proven ability to assess executive talent through evaluations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure executive-level search opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the search process.
- Develop recruiting strategies in partnership with clients.
- Provide updates to clients while ensuring candidate experience.
- Build strong client relationships for future engagements.

- Identify, pursue, and secure executive-level retained search opportunities with new and existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading the internal consultant and associate team throughout the search process
- Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies in partnership with clients, including target markets and candidate profiles
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and secure future engagements
- Associate’s degree plus 5–7 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7–9 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to assess executive talent through in-depth evaluation of professional competencies and experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Self-starter demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and adaptability
- Experience in business development and sales within the executive search industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience managing client relationships and candidate management activities
- Ability to deliver market intelligence and candidate insights effectively
