What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify, pursue, and secure executive-level retained search opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading the internal consultant and associate team throughout the search process
  • Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies in partnership with clients, including target markets and candidate profiles
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and secure future engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Associate’s degree plus 5–7 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7–9 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to assess executive talent through in-depth evaluation of professional competencies and experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Self-starter demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and adaptability
