Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for overseas projects across construction, MEP, logistics, hospitality, oil & gas, facility management and professional roles
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, documentation and mobilization
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and trade screening (where applicable)
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers and internal operations teams on manpower requirements
  • Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, visa processes and documentation standards
  • Support bulk hiring drives, trade tests and client interviews (virtual and onsite)
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers and daily/weekly MIS
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines across India, Asia, Africa and other sourcing regions
  • Handle candidate communication, follow-ups and onboarding coordination
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 15 years of experience in overseas recruitment / international staffing
  • Strong sourcing skills for blue-collar and white-collar positions
  • Knowledge of Gulf recruitment processes, visa documentation and mobilization cycles
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Experience working with bulk hiring, trade tests and project-based recruitment is a strong advantage
