About the Role

We’re hiring a Junior HR Assistant to help implement a highly targeted recruitment strategy for a fast‑growing European tech company. In this role, you’ll support sourcing and outreach activities across platforms like LinkedIn and other job boards. You’ll work closely with a manager who will provide hands‑on training and continuous guidance throughout your onboarding and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Search for qualified candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Experiment with custom sourcing strategies (e.g. tenure, company stage, layoffs, etc.)
  • Write and send personalized outreach messages
  • Track and follow up with leads using spreadsheets or other tools
  • Schedule intro calls and prepare short candidate summaries
  • Suggest improvements and test new sourcing tactics
What We’re Looking For
  • Some experience or strong interest in recruiting, HR, or online research
  • Excellent written English (for outreach and documentation)
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Fast learner, especially with online tools (LinkedIn search, Google Sheets, AI tools)
