• Source and engage top-tier candidates for global technical roles using LinkedIn and other specialist platforms.
• Search, screen, and assess talent with a strong focus on quality over quantity.
• Build and maintain robust, high‑value talent pipelines.
• Coordinate seamlessly between candidates and recruiters—managing contact lists, updating our ATS/CRM, and preparing reports and documentation to keep the workflow running smoothly.
• Schedule and arrange online interviews for international candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Support onboarding and follow‑up processes to help new hires settle in successfully.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in international or technical sourcing/recruitment (agency background is a plus).
• Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working cross-culturally in a virtual and on-site setting.
• English fluency is a must; other languages are a bonus.
• Driven by results and relentless in finding, engaging, and converting passive talent.
• Positive energy: you’re motivated, upbeat, and committed to excellent candidate and client experience.
• Able to multitask with MS Office, Teams, and our ATS/CRM.
