Job summary
A sourcing and procurement firm is seeking a Freelance Sourcing Specialist to work full-time remotely. The candidate will identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement or recruitment process. Applicants should possess strong analytical and communication skills, a relevant degree, and be able to work independently. This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process. The role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet talent or procurement needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners or candidates
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate data
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Experience in Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Knowledge of Procurement and supply chain management practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms is a plus
