A leading recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking a candidate to support marketing teams by handling reporting, analysis, and coordination of marketing materials. The ideal applicant will have a graduate degree with experience in marketing or retail, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This position offers opportunities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Graduate with experience in marketing, retail, or coordination roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades
- Support marketing teams with monthly reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for marketing materials.
- Process documents and invoices to ensure timely payments and stock availability.
- Assist in the execution of retail activations and promotions.
- Ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records for order forms and invoices.
- Support ad-hoc requests for samples and promotional items.
- Help maintain high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction.
