Our Dubai-based client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Travel and Lifestyle Concierge to join their team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, leading the team, developing new business, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the travel and concierge services.
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated travel and concierge professionals.
• Identify and secure new high net worth clients.
• Design and develop bespoke travel and concierge services tailored to luxury clients.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalized customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury travel and concierge industry, including leadership roles
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic or another European language is an advantage

The role is based in Dubai; applicants willing to relocate are welcome.

This role requires availability to work additional or out-of-hours as needed to meet business and client needs.
