Job summary

A leading software company in Dubai seeks an experienced professional for an administrative role focused on travel desk operations. The candidate will independently handle travel bookings, manage front office tasks, and ensure compliance with cost-effective solutions. Qualifications include a degree in Travel or Business Administration and 5-6 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of experience in administration and travel desk management.
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry processes, including visas and hotel bookings.
  • Hands-on experience with airline and travel portals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations including calls and guest greetings.
  • Book travel tickets through airline/travel portals and agents.
  • Arrange visas, hotels, insurance, and local transfers.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness by sourcing best fares and services.
  • Maintain relationships with travel agents, hotels, and service providers.
  • Organize arrangements for meetings and corporate events.
  • Manage travel module within HRMS and airline portals.
  • Track and reconcile credit card transactions for travel expenses.
  • Assist in HR & Finance functions, including training programs.
  • Prepare monthly travel MIS reports (spend analysis and usage trends).
