The Opportunity

Reporting to the TR Middle East GM, the Retail Design & VM Manager plays a key role in bringing Puig’s brands to life across the Middle East region’s travel retail environments. From impactful animations and pop‑ups to permanent counters and immersive brand spaces, this role shapes how travelers experience our brands.

You’ll lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of all retail design and visual merchandising initiatives.

As a hands‑on leader of two Retail Design & VM Executives, you’ll guide, support and inspire your team to ensure a seamless delivery of excellent brand experiences across the region.

What you'll get to do
  • Deliver and implement the brand image across all Airport point of sales including permanent, semi‑permanent, pop‑ups, and temporary spaces for all Puig brands.
  • Project manage and coordinate the fit‑out for new stores opening and ongoing refits/refurbishment projects.
  • Oversee product launches and in‑store animations, ensuring seamless execution and retail excellence.
  • Manage and deliver the budget, including CAPEX, ensuring strong communication of risks & opportunities.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with the global brands teams. Influence brand teams to deliver a design in line with market and retailer needs.
  • Create briefs to enable clear communication with global brands teams and local suppliers.
  • Liaise with the global brands team on the Middle East personalization plan.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure highest quality production and installations meeting project deadlines and brand expectations.
  • Act as an expert in material specifications and recommendations, signing off technical plans and samples, making sure that quality is assured.
  • Liaise with retailers to get the approvals on renders and technical drawings, ensuring brand image is not compromised.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure perfect implementation of brand image, identify best practices and analyze competition activities.

  • Experience in space/retail design, ideally within the beauty sector, with project management and team management experience.
  • Degree in design related field.
  • Strong leadership, autonomy and organization skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complexity and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of sensitivity to local culture and luxury.
  • Ability to understand consumers 'shopping behaviors ideally in an airport environment.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Autocad and Adobe applications (Illustrator, Photoshop).
