  • Drive product listings and visibility in Duty Free outlets.
  • Work with purchasing teams and shop managers to maximize orders and shelf space.
  • Promote priority brands, support new product launches, and ensure strong distribution.
  • Review customer orders and support sales optimization.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Conduct regular customer visits and engage key decision-makers.
  • Resolve issues related to products and pricing while balancing commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate with travel retail partners to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local laws.
Marketing & Merchandising
  • Execute promotional and marketing activities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Audit outlets to ensure agreed merchandising standards.
  • Gather market insights on promotions, listings, and competitor activity.
Operational Support
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain updated customer records.
  • Track market developments and provide timely feedback.
