We are seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire new business using enablers designed by the products and proposition team with a focus on NTB Elite accounts with liability growth. In addition, the role includes providing investment, mortgage referrals, and cross-selling other products.

What You Will Be Doing
- Onboarding of target NTB Elite customers every month.
- Achievement of liability targets and incremental growth.
- NTB Credit Card bundled with the account opening application.
- Provide Investment Referrals & Mortgage Referrals.
- Establish new acquisition through partnerships, Networking Events / Business Groups to generate leads.
- Reach out to every prospect with determination and manage multiple leads in quick succession to identify bulk sourcing opportunities.
- Represent and promote the RAKBANK brand / Sponsorships.
What You Should Have
- University degree for Expats and higher diploma or equivalent qualifications for Nationals.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking.
- In-depth understanding of all aspects of Product, Procedures & Operations, both internal and external, across various product lines within Elite Management.
- Strong business development skills, resilience, drive, and ability to complete assignments accurately under aggressive deadlines.
