A leading construction firm in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Engineer to join the in-house MEP division. This role involves managing HVAC designs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance with UAE standards. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience and expertise in various HVAC systems and BMS integration. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Engineer with strong expertise in design, coordination, BMS integration, and technical office support to join our in-house MEP division.
The role involves managing HVAC system designs, coordinating with consultants and clients, reviewing subcontractor submissions, and supporting procurement and commissioning activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data centers, airports, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects, as well as commercial and residential developments. They must ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, UAE authority requirements, and sustainability frameworks such as LEED and Estidama.
