Job summary
A luxury jewelry company in Dubai is seeking a Female Sales Manager who speaks Arabic to drive sales and build client relationships. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in luxury sales, excel in customer service, and manage independent showroom operations. An attractive salary package between AED 15,000 and 25,000 per month plus commission will be offered for this prestigious role. Preference will be given to UAE residents.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in luxury, art, hospitality, jewelry, or fashion-related industries.
- Previous experience working with luxury brands in jewelry sales is essential.
- Ability to independently manage the showroom.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify leads, approach and retain client relationships.
- Provide exceptional sales support and customer service.
- Manage and record leads generated via marketing activities.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
