Job summary
A major automotive corporation in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for a showroom. You will ensure teams meet ambitious targets while enhancing customer experience and operational excellence. Candidates should have at least 8 years of sales experience, including supervisory duties, and a Bachelor's degree. This role offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to mentor a diverse team of sales professionals.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years in Sales, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership abilities in team motivation and performance assessment.
