Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Storekeeper for a distinguished client in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will hold at least a high school diploma and possess 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally within the UAE. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records and ensuring compliance with storekeeping procedures. Candidates must have a valid UAE driving license and proficiency in English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma is required; higher education is preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with UAE experience.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in oral and written English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform storekeeping and inventory control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and control processes in the inventory system.
- Ensure good physical condition to perform warehouse and site duties.

- Previous experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role is required.
- Experience working in a large university or educational institute is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Any nationality may apply.
- Proficiency in oral and written English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent working knowledge of personal computers and applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Strong knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control procedures, including record keeping and critical control processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform accurate checks and reconciliations using computerized systems.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform required warehouse and site duties.
