Role Overview

The Inspection & Kitting Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the daily execution of technical readiness of materials between Disassembly & Assembly process of LEAP and GP7200. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials with focus on FLIGHT DECK principles. This role is P.145 regulated technical assignment and suitable candidate will hold internal & external CRS approval.

Main responsibilities
  • Develop kitting process of LEAP and GP7200 engine components, ensuring timely and accurate accumulation of engine parts;
  • Lead inspections process of LEAP incl. CRS (disposition of serviceable and unserviceable engine components);
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDIP) priorities. Develop and implement strategies to optimize kitting processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Material and Logistic Departments on execution of production plan (Assembly Process Launch)
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless Inspection and Kitting process.
  • Daily communication with assembly and fulfilment teams on production needs.
  • Participation in shop improvement FLIGHT DECK projects Drives Assy area Daily Management and supports site operating meetings and rhythms. Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Liaise with Dissasembly and Assembly Teams on any ad-hoc material requirements, where technical input is necessary
  • In cooperation with Material and Logistic Department coordinate segregation of materials by ESN;
  • Understand and execute CTEM LEAP engine maintenance philosophy on components and engine parts;
  • Attend Daily Management meetings to ensure compliance to SQDIP and operational cadence.
  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of inspectors.
  • Accurately disposition and document defects and compile inspection reports as required. (For PRSv MIN)
