We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Bar Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of bartenders and servers.

• Oversee daily bar operations including inventory management quality control and adherence to health and safety standards
• Lead train and motivate bar staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs to enhance guest experience
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations
• Manage bar inventory place orders and control costs to maximize profitability
• Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall Food & Beverage operations
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for all beverages served

Qualifications :

• College diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bar management or supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and current beverage trends
• Strong understanding of bar operations inventory management and cost control
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with UAE liquor laws and regulations

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
