The Head of Marketing is responsible for driving the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that support brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The role oversees all facets of marketing - including digital campaigns, content development, performance marketing, partnerships, and market analysis - with a focus on executional excellence and alignment with strategic objectives.
This position works closely with the Global Head of PR, Marketing & Brand to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support the broader corporate brand and business priorities. The role demands a hands-on marketing leader with strong operational capabilities and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Support the Global Head of PR, Marketing & Brand in translating the company's marketing vision into detailed, executable marketing plans.
- Develop quarterly and annual marketing calendars that align with product launches, business goals, and regional market needs.
- Identify opportunities to increase market share, improve customer engagement, and strengthen brand presence across key markets.
2. Digital Marketing Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, display, retargeting, email, and social channels.
- Oversee marketing automation, lead generation workflows, and performance tracking to optimize digital engagement and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with media agencies and platform partners to manage paid media investments and optimize campaign efficiency.
3. Content Marketing & Campaign Enablement
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of content marketing initiatives that support lead generation, product education, and customer engagement.
- Own the content calendar across blog, email, website, and social media in alignment with campaign and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, partnerships, PR) to source insights and translate them into impactful marketing content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for distribution channels and performance tracking (SEO, email open rates, CTRs, etc.).
- Coordinate with the Head of PR & Corporate Communications to align content themes with thought leadership and reputation efforts.
4. Brand & Messaging Alignment
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and digital channels.
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines in all internal and external communications.
- Contribute to the evolution of brand positioning based on market insights and feedback.
5. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform marketing strategy and positioning.
- Monitor fintech and digital payments industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and inform go-to-market approaches.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide campaign and content development.
6. Partnerships & External Collaborations
- Manage marketing-related partnerships, including media partners, fintech communities, influencers, and event organizers.
- Coordinate co-branded campaign activities with strategic partners.
- Oversee sponsorship activations and brand presence at external events.
7. Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and spending optimization.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign KPIs, and ROI.
- Recommend and implement optimizations based on performance analytics.
