We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and ensure the successful execution of campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts analyzing campaign performance and assisting in the development of promotional strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing monthly campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing materials presentations and promotional content.
  • Supporting content creation and overseeing social media calendar for hotel and restaurant channels including Instagram Facebook & LinkedIn.
  • Assist in media relations influencer media invite for restaurant content creators for hotel coverage.
  • Manage relationships with media influencers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market social media research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of media events and brand activations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels for hotel & restaurants.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing event coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detailoriented with a creative mindset.
