Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing and Branding, the Marketing Officer will be responsible for brand planning, execution & monitoring while ensuring strict adherence to company’s brand guidelines through all forms of brand deployment both internally and externally as well as to new markets, while promoting brand engagement across business vertical. To execute and support the marketing initiatives and campaigns of the company, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Roles , Responsibilities, Duties
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify new marketing opportunities, understand competitors, and monitor trends.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in managing the company’s online presence, including website, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and publishing engaging content for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Event Management: Help in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with and support overall business goals.
- Branding: Ensure that all promotional materials are in line with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing expenditure.
- Design Skills: Should have relevant experience on Adobe Suite.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and related fields.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Business Administration

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in branding and marketing roles with relevant real estate knowledge
