Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and improving return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently
  • Research target audiences and competitors to refine campaign strategies
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for ad creatives
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights
  • Implement conversion tracking pixels and event tracking
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates
