A marine services company is looking for a NavCom Service Engineer to install, commission, and troubleshoot marine navigation and communication systems on vessels. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot marine navigation and communication equipment.
  • Provide onboard technical support to vessels at local and regional ports.
  • Perform inspections, testing, calibration, and fault diagnosis of navigation and communication systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, Class, and Flag State regulations.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and job completion documentation.
  • Attend emergency breakdowns and support time-critical service calls.
