Capital Markets Change Consultant

Location: Dubai (Hybrid) Practice Area: Capital Markets Type: Permanent

The Role

As a Capital Markets Change Consultant youll partner with leading financial institutions to deliver complex change initiatives that improve how organisations operate adapt and grow. Youll work across strategy operating model and regulatory-driven change supporting clients through transformation with clarity structure and care.

What Youll Do

• Support end-to-end change initiatives across capital markets programmes from design through to implementation
• Work with client stakeholders to define change impacts readiness plans and adoption strategies
• Translate complex regulatory operational and business requirements into practical change deliverables
• Contribute to governance planning and delivery activities across multiple workstreams
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure change outcomes are embedded and sustainable

What Were Looking For

• Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives within capital markets or financial services
• Exposure to operating model change regulatory programmes or large-scale business transformation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across varied seniority levels
• Structured approach to problem-solving with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment
• Fluency in Arabic
