Develop a customer‑centric culture in which team members are encouraged and empowered to develop integrated projects that demonstrate marketing excellence.
Control budget and actual expenditure on marketing activities.
Conduct market research to study industry best practices; latest channels, materials and tools; and propose new ideas in the cluster to promote products and services.
Review cluster’s marketing content and the appropriate channels to attract customers.
