Through our innovative brand GLOE, we offer cutting-edge electrified shop fitting systems that bring functionality, flexibility, and elegant design to retail spaces. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell our electrified shelving, display stands, and retail fitting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Promote electrified shelves, display stands, and related retail fitting solutions to potential clients.
  • Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable display and shelving solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the design, installation, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an outdoor or field sales executive (preferably in retail fittings, shelving, lighting, or interior solutions).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field sales schedule.
  • Basic technical understanding of electrified shelves, LED lighting, or display systems is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license (Preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (Preferred).
