Job Summary

The Social Media Executive is responsible for daily content scheduling, audience interaction, and platform management across all social media channels.

Job Responsibilities

1. Content Scheduling & Publishing

  • Post daily content across all social media platforms according to the content calendar.
  • Coordinate with designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of required visual assets.
  • Write engaging and brand-appropriate captions and hashtags in English and Arabic.

2. Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate sensitive inquiries or customer service concerns to the sales department.
  • Engage with followers and relevant communities to build a positive brand presence.

3. Platform Monitoring & Insights

  • Track key performance metrics across platforms.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the Social Media Manager with observations and suggestions.
  • Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates.

4. Campaign Support

  • Assist in the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content promotions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas, seasonal campaigns, and new formats.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms.

  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and platform management tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics.
  • Creative mindset, team player, and highly organized.
  • Basic design or video editing skills is a plus.
