JOB TITLE

Social Media Executive | MAF Entertainment | Head Office

Role Summary

The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize our Leisure and Entertainment brands (Activate, Magic Planet, Yalla Bowling, iFly and new concepts) online presence and engagement across various social media and digital platforms.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Provide support for campaign development with insight mining through competitive analysis, customer behaviour research and cultural trends.
  • Launch social media campaigns that impact our customers locally, regionally (and globally), owning social end-to-end process.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for ideation – putting social at the heart of campaign tactics.
  • Oversee the creation of social assets for each campaign, ensuring they align with the campaign platform and adhere to best practices and brand identity specific to each platform and format.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure planning, scheduling and publishing of all campaign content in a timely manner.
  • Develop integrated content plans in alignment with marketing and PR calendars, completed on quarterly basis.
  • Manage social media accounts alongside the agency and monitor their performance.
  • Create compelling content for other Leisure & Entertainment digital products including newsletters and website content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  • A minimum of 3 years social media experience.
  • Experience in broad marketing and current on digital, loyalty, branding and online trends.
  • Creative thinker with passion for developing and delivering ideas big & small.
  • Stays on top of tactical execution.
  • Ability to travel when required.
