Job summary
An international hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Manager to lead and ensure excellent service standards. You will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring operations to meet guest needs, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and relevant supervisory experience, along with strong team management and conflict resolution skills. This position requires physical stamina to perform various duties effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and manage equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff is working together for optimum service.
- Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Monitor dining rooms for guest safety and well-being.
