Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information to visitors about the Emirati Genome Program.
  • Assist participants in completing the registration process using the consent management tool.
  • Oversee the safe transportation and handling of collected samples to designated laboratories.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and prepared at each collection site.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities, including participant numbers and challenges faced.

We are seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to join the Emirati Genome Program (EGP), a transformative initiative aimed at advancing healthcare through genetic research. As a Site Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing sample collection operations at various locations across the UAE. Your primary responsibilities will include educating the public about the program, encouraging participation, ensuring smooth participant registration, and managing logistical coordination for successful site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Engagement & Education:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information to visitors about the Emirati Genome Program (EGP) and its benefits.
  • Address inquiries and concerns to ensure informed participation in the program.
  • Promote awareness and encourage community involvement.

Participant Registration & Consent Management:

  • Assist participants in completing the registration process using the consent management tool.
  • Ensure full compliance with consent protocols and privacy policies.
  • Maintain accurate participant records for program integrity.

Logistics & Sample Coordination:

  • Oversee the safe transportation and handling of collected samples to designated laboratories.
  • Ensure samples are stored and processed according to established guidelines.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to streamline site operations and ensure smooth workflows.

Site Readiness & Marketing Collateral Management:

  • Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and prepared at each collection site.
  • Manage the distribution and replenishment of marketing materials to ensure consistent program visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall participant experience.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities, including participant numbers and challenges faced.
  • Identify operational issues and elevate them to management for prompt resolution.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
Qualifications & Requirements:
