Job summary

A multinational construction firm is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental standards on project sites in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of site-based HSE leadership experience, supported by a degree in a relevant field and an internationally recognized HSE qualification like NEBOSH. Responsibilities include implementing HSE management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a strong HSE culture among personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site-based HSE leadership experience in Construction/Commissioning.
• Strong background in incident investigation and reporting.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain HSE standards across the project site.
• Ensure compliance with legal and international HSE standards.
• Develop and implement Site HSE Management System.
