Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the UAE is looking for a Site/Construction Manager with over 15 years of experience in thermal power plants, specifically PP-CCGT. The role involves leading on-site activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and reporting skills and be fluent in English. Contract term is 36 months, with no remote work available.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience on thermal power plants including PP-CCGT.
• Proven track record as Site/Construction Manager on large power projects.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments.

• Act as main interface between employer EPC/EPCM contractor and subcontractors.

• Validate work methods ITPs and progress reports; support commissioning handover.
